Savaliya Industries Stainless Steel Cold Press Oil Machine is an oil maker unit with advanced technology of digital temperature controller and compact attractive design. It is used for oil pressing seeds like peanuts, coconut, flax seeds, soybean, sesame, almond, mustard seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and more. The weight of hopper used to move material from one receptacle to another is 1 to 2 KG. Outcome time is 1.8 litre within ½ hours. It generally weighs up to 50%, varying according to the nature of seeds. It tastes just the way natural cold pressed oil does. Working capability is continuous 4 hours of cleaning time, after every 4 working hours and 10 minutes of the cleaning process. The temperature of oil extracted is below the cold press limit of 125 c. For 70c seed quality, it should be stone-free, dust-free and other unwanted impurities. Moisture content should be below 5%. The waste cakes obtained are an edible and good source of protein. It is useful for making snacks or for fodder and organic manure. The steel material is 304 food grade stainless steel voltage with 220v and power 400w.
